Upon submission of payment, you agree to the Phi Kappa Phi Refund and Credit Use Terms stated below:
- Membership dues, initiation fees, donations, and pledges are non-refundable and final.
- The Cardholder stated above has authorized this payment.
- If this is a recurring or future payment, Cardholder authorizes the storing of payment credentials for future agreed upon payments according to the chosen schedule.
